Responsible for enhancing VOYO's brand presence at events and generating leads and conversions through innovative marketing activations. This role requires a creative thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for the entertainment industry.

What you should do:

• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that align with VOYO’s brand and business objectives.
• Foster relationships with key industry stakeholders, influencers, and event organizers.
• Develop joint marketing initiatives with partners to enhance brand visibility and drive subscriptions.
• Plan, execute, and oversee VOYO's presence at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and other promotional activities.
• Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including booth design, staffing, marketing materials, and on-site execution.
• Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance VOYO’s brand awareness and positioning in the market.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to inform future marketing strategies.
• Manage budgets for events and partnership activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management on the performance and impact of marketing initiatives.

What we want you to know:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partnerships and events, preferably within the entertainment or media industry.
• Proven track record of successful event management and partnership development.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using marketing and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
