We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Research Analyst to join our research & development team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in leveraging data from various sources, including brand tracking, qualitative research, and backend platform data, to drive strategic decisions and enhance our platform's performance.

What you should do:

  • Gather and integrate data from multiple sources such as brand tracking studies, conjoint analysis, qualitative research, customer-database and available sources.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all data sources.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines for seamless data flow and integration.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Utilize statistical methods and data mining techniques to analyze large datasets.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve user engagement, content performance, and overall platform efficiency.
  • Create detailed and visually appealing reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Use data visualization tools such as Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI, LookerStudio or similar to present data in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user behavior, content consumption, and platform functionality.
  • Identify and report on significant changes or anomalies in KPIs, providing insights into potential causes and implications.
  • Identify opportunities for optimizing the user experience and increasing subscriber retention based on data insights.

What we want you to know:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the digital media or entertainment industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL and advanced Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, or similar.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and tools.
  • Ability to generate actionable insights and recommendations from data analysis.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams.
