Enhance VOYO's social media presence and support overall brand management efforts by developing engaging content and implementing strategic marketing initiatives.

What you should do:

• Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to track performance and inform future strategies.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase VOYO's online presence and engagement.
• Manage and oversee daily content posting across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
• Create compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that aligns with VOYO's brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency and coherence in messaging across all channels.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with brand objectives.
• Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies to enhance VOYO’s market position and recognition.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and audience preferences to inform social media and brand strategies.
• Gather and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and engagement.
  

What we want you to know:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the entertainment or media industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and data.
• Creative thinker with a passion for brand storytelling and digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
