Build data management systems that can adapt to future needs, incorporating new technologies and methodologies, ensuring that the data infrastructure stays relevant and up-to-date. Support data-driven decision making by creating integration across multiple Data Sources & automation of Data Processes needed for all reports & analysis.

What you should do:

  • Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipeline, ensuring that data flows smoothly between systems, is readily available, and can be accessed without delays, leading to efficient operations.
  • Integrate data from various sources (databases, APIs, third-party tools, etc.) into centralized systems, facilitating holistic analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure data is clean, accurate, and reliable, which is essential for decision-making processes. By implementing processes for data validation, they reduce errors and inconsistencies in the data.
  • Design Data system that scale as the volume of data grows. They optimize storage and processing architectures to handle large datasets and ensure the performance of data operations remains fast and efficient.
  • Automate routine data tasks, freeing up time for Data Analysts. This enables the team to focus on high-value tasks like analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Work closely with data scientists and analysts to ensure they have access to the data needed for building models, reports, and insights. This collaboration enhances productivity and innovation.


What we want you to know:

  • Higher education with a technical or marketing background;
  • Advanced knowledge of English;
  • Analytical skills: proficiency in data analysis techniques and the ability to transform complex data into meaningful information for decision making;
  • Technical skills: proficiency in the use of BI tools and technologies: data warehousing, data modelling, SQL (Structured Query Language) and database management systems. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik is also valuable;
  • Data management skills: data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) processes, data quality assurance and data governance;
  • Communication and presentation skills: BI professionals need to effectively communicate complex data analysis to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences;
  • Problem solving and critical thinking: The ability to think critically, identify patterns and develop innovative solutions is highly valuable.
