The Digital Data Coordinator plays a key role in leveraging data to drive decision-making across content, advertising and digital product teams. This position is responsible for analyzing digital performance, generating insights and developing data-driven strategies to enhance user engagement, optimize content and support business growth, particularly within the Video On Demand (VOD) ecosystem.

What you should do:

  • Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to uncover trends, provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and maintain daily performance dashboards for the advertising sales and content teams, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of KPIs.
  • Track and evaluate internet traffic patterns, user engagement and platform functionality to identify areas for optimization.
  • Forecast and monitor key business performance metrics, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with advertising, content, VOD and cross-functional teams (Product, PPC, CRM, Customer Service) to align analytics with overall business goals.
  • Support product development initiatives by identifying user behavior trends and contributing data-backed recommendations for feature prioritization.
  • Use data to shape and evaluate subscriber acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Provide insights on content performance, audience preferences, and market trends to inform content strategy and acquisition.
  • Encourage a data-centric mindset within the VOD team by promoting best practices in data usage and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate and support the digital analytics team to ensure alignment on data priorities, efficient workflow, and consistent analytical methodologies.

What we want you to know:

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis, reporting and dashboard creation (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with digital advertising metrics, web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and VOD platform analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.
  • Experience working in a digital media, entertainment or technology environment preferred.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
