As Show Promotion Manager, you will be the strategic owner and guardian of key PRO TV star brands. You will lead the development and execution of brand campaigns that drive growth, enhance relevance, and build equity. This role requires cross-functional leadership, creativity, a strong analytical mindset, and an innate understanding of audience insights and entertainment marketing.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with Programming, Creative, Production, PR, Digital, Research, and Sales teams to develop and implement 360° campaigns that move the needle and make a cultural impact.

This position is a maternity leave replacement.

What you should do:

  • Craft and implement comprehensive brand strategies and positioning for shows, seasons, or network sub-brands.
  • Translate audience and market insights into compelling brand narratives and differentiators.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
  • Act as the internal champion and external steward of brand integrity.
  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel brand campaigns, from brief to post-launch evaluation.
  • Brief and manage creative teams, media partners, and vendors to deliver high-impact assets on time and on budget.
  • Work closely with Programming and Production to align brand plans with content strategy.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Social Media, and PR to amplify messaging and audience reach.
  • Liaise with Research to assess performance and iterate based on data.
  • Coordinate with Sales to unlock brand partnership opportunities.
  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.

What we want you to know:

  • 4–6 years in brand management, marketing, or communications—preferably in media, entertainment, FMCG, or a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Ability to craft smart, insight-driven brand strategies and translate them into action.
  • Strong understanding of brand architecture, creative development, and media planning.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision and flexibility.
  • Communication: Clear communicator and persuasive storyteller, both written and verbal.
  • Collaboration : A team player who thrives in a organization with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical Acumen : Comfortable using data and research to guide decisions and measure success.
  • Fluent in Romanian and English; excellent communicator and stakeholder manager.
