Oversee the creation of video content for AVOD and SVOD platforms.

What you should do:

• Closely monitor the end to end ingestion process for video on demand (VOD) assets onto the client platform. This includes identifying and correcting issues with Avails and XML files;
• Perform targeted VOD asset playback checks on a variety of platforms/devices e.g. does the content play, is the quality good, is the audio in sync with the video;
• Management of the entire VOD catalogue using CMS – publishing/de-publishing content (including content takedowns);
• Escalate any issues to third party content providers (CPs) as required;
• Produce and send communications;
• Logging any incidents that do occur in a ticketing tool;
• Ensure documentation of trouble shooting steps is updated to the latest version of issue resolutions;
• Ownership of incidents and ensuring action is taken and followed up for immediate service resolution;
• Work closely with the Entertainment team.

What we want you to know:

• University degree;
• Minimum 1 year experience;
• PC and other technical equipment commanding skills;
• Team spirit;
• Ability to work under stress, against the clock;
• Able to cope with unforeseen situations;
• Advanced knowledge of English.
