We currently have an opportunity within the IT team for an IT Project Manager.

What you should do:

• Supports the planning and implementation of project activities, helping ensure that agreed objectives and deadlines are met;
• Gathers, organizes, and documents business and technical requirements for software and website projects;
• Works with Project Managers and Technical Leads to understand project scope, priorities, dependencies, and resource needs;
• Creates and maintains project plans, task lists, timelines, and project documentation;
• Tracks project progress and follows up with team members on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables;
• Helps translate stakeholder requirements into clear tasks and functional requirements for development teams;
• Participates in meetings with stakeholders, developers, designers, and other project contributors;
• Prepares meeting notes, action points, project status updates, and other relevant documentation;
• Supports the coordination of web designers, developers, QA, and other team members involved in project delivery;
• Assists with the testing and validation process and helps track identified issues until resolution;
• Identifies potential delays, blockers, or risks and escalates them to the Project Manager or Technical Lead;
• Helps ensure that project documentation and technical documentation are kept up to date;
• Supports communication with external suppliers and service providers when required;
• Uses project management tools to maintain visibility over tasks, priorities, deadlines, and project status.

What we want you to know:

• University graduate or final-year student; a technical background is considered an advantage;
• Basic understanding of software and/or web development processes;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban;
• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, software development, QA, business analysis, or a related role;
• Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, PHP, databases, APIs, or Linux is considered an advantage;
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is considered an advantage;
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Analytical mindset and willingness to understand both business and technical requirements;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work with multiple teams and follow several activities in parallel;
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to ask the right questions;
• Good command of English.
