We currently have an opportunity within the IT team for an IT Project Manager.

What you should do:

• Responsible for the successful implementation of the project activities and for reaching the results as planned within the projects
• Analyzes the full set of specifications for the software/website and defines the main concepts used during the development process;
• Together with the Technical leads allocates resources to develop the software/website;
• Plans the project and monitors the deadlines agreed with the beneficiary;
• Defines, according to the project specifications, the features implemented
• Documents the project and provides the developers with a summary of the beneficiaries’ primary requests;
• Manages the development process and creates the necessary documentation for each phase;
• Makes sure the project remains within the agreed parameters: time, requirements, cost, quality level etc.
• Meets the beneficiaries and the consultants when needed;
• Supervises the technical documentation for the systems and software;
• Coordinates together with the Technical leads the activity of the web designers and web developers in charge;
• Supervises the activity of all personnel involved in testing the software/application developed;
• Manages the contracts with the suppliers involved in the development activities (Hosting, Sys etc.).

What we want you to know:

• University graduate (Technical profile preferred);
• Experience with Agile and Kanban;
• 3+ years Project Management experience;
• 1+ years experience with Linux, PHP, HTML, MySQL;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus;
• Technical analytical thinking;
• Good communication skills.
