The purpose of this role is to combine strong analytical thinking with a practical understanding of how modern web applications, websites, and digital platforms operate.

What you should do:

Web Traffic & User Behavior Analysis

  • Analyze website and application traffic patterns, user journeys, navigation flows, and engagement metrics.
  • Monitor and interpret KPIs such as sessions, users, bounce rate, conversion rate, funnel completion, session duration, CTR, retention, abandonment rate, and traffic attribution.
  • Identify anomalies, trends, bottlenecks, and behavioral patterns in digital channels.
  • Build actionable recommendations to improve digital performance and customer experience.

Digital Performance Monitoring

  • Analyze website and application performance metrics including page load time, API response times, rendering performance, error rates, availability metrics, and latency.
  • Correlate performance indicators with user behavior and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and DevOps teams.

Data Collection & Tracking Validation

  • Validate implementation of analytics and tracking solutions.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Investigate discrepancies between systems and data sources.
  • Participate in defining measurement strategies and event taxonomies.

Reporting & Visualization

  • Design dashboards, reports, and executive summaries.
  • Present analytical findings clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
  • Automate recurring reporting processes.
  • Produce deep-dive analyses on customer behavior and platform performance.

Advanced Analytics & Pattern Detection

  • Perform exploratory data analysis on high-volume datasets.
  • Identify recurring user behavior patterns and session flows.
  • Analyze customer journeys and conversion funnels.
  • (Nice to have) Support predictive analytics and anomaly detection initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Owners, UX/UI teams, Marketing, Software Engineers, QA, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity teams.
  • Translate business questions into measurable analytical models.
  • Contribute to optimization initiatives and A/B testing programs.


What we want you to know:

Analytics & Data Skills

  • Strong SQL/Google Cloud - BigQuery skills.
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics GA4, Power BI, Tableau
  • Experience analyzing clickstream and event-driven datasets.
  • Understanding of KPI methodologies and data quality.

Web Technology Knowledge

  • Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, cookies, session management, browser behavior, APIs, JavaScript tracking, HTML/CSS fundamentals, and tag management systems.
  • Familiarity with CDN, caching, and cloud-hosted web architectures (fundamentals).

Data Processing & Automation

  • (Optional) Experience with Python or R.
  • (Optional) Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, Jupyter notebook.
  • Ability to work with structured and semi-structured data.

Database & Big Data Exposure

  • Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery, Snowflake ecosystems.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with customer journey analytics.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks.
  • Exposure to GCP, AWS, and/or Azure.
  • Understanding monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, or similar.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and consent management.
