Develops and implements the company’s PR plans in relation to the allocated shows and celebrities, as per company’s objectives and priorities. Prevents and manages all issues and crisis that may occur in relation to above-mentioned.

What you should do:

• Has excellent media relations and a deep external environment understanding. Is up to date in relation to media landscape evolution and competitors’ key activities related to their shows and celebrities.
• Develops long term communications strategies for the managed Pro TV shows and celebrities.
• Develops media communications content for Pro TV shows and celebrities: press releases, news, statements, updates, visuals, dedicated events.
• Manages the images of Pro TV celebrities.
• Provides regularly content for internal communication channels in relation to managed shows and celebrities.
• Manages and is responsible for securing content and enabling celebrities interviews for own new media as well as show related news.
• Organizes the photo shootings from concept creation, to creation and ensuring needed resources (budget, photographer, make-up and hair styling).
• Regularly updates the PR archives (photos and press releases, structured as per years / events / celebrities / production).
• Coordinates all celebrities’ engagement in corporate activities (graphic filming, promo, events…).
• Secures extra media visibility covering celebrities presence at various external events.
• Is up to date in relation to programming changes as to be able to promote them in the media.
• Regularly communicate audiences data with media, as per research department guidance.
• Engages in multifunctional teams within Marketing department as to properly communicate with one voice across channels.
• Collaborates across Pro TV departments as to secure smooth implementation of communications plans (see finance, legal, shows’ producers….).

• 5+ years of experience in PR;
