Responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely execution of strategies, driving the end-to-end delivery of content, features, and campaigns that align with business goals. The role also supports the department by leading the execution and implementation of digital initiatives across SVOD, AVOD, digital sales, data & analytics, as well as news, sports, and entertainment platforms.

This position is a maternity leave replacement.

What you should do:

  • Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of products and services, ensuring they meet deadlines, standards and business objectives.
  • Manages complex programs, establishing visions and priorities, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
  • Manages tasks and priorities related to delivering content in the platform.
  • Collaborate with content acquisition, marketing, technical, and customer support teams to align efforts and resources.
  • Identifies opportunities to enhance delivery processes, implementing best practices to increase efficiency.
  • Identifies potential risks to project timelines or quality, developing mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Monitors and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content delivery and subscriber engagement, using data to inform decisions.
  • Coordinate and consolidate cross-functional team inputs to prepare quarterly review materials, ensuring alignment on key deliverables, performance metrics, and business objectives.
  • Participates in the weekly Content & Campaigns meetings, ensuring operational alignment across teams regarding content & campaigns timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintaining coordination and ensuring content-related activities are aligned and on track.
  • Coordinates the weekly tasks for obtaining from Creative Department the creative materials needed for the platform (artwork and carousel names).
  • Collaborate with the Upload team to provide all information needed for content presence in VOYO.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to provide all information needed for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the data team to provide all information needed for reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute digital campaigns and monitor performance metrics.
  • Analyzing reports after campaigns to check results and identify potential
  • improvements.
  • Monitors platform outages and prepares and delivers Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any incidents affecting the SVOD platform.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure our brand remains innovative.


What we want you to know:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, digital product delivery, or operations, ideally in SVOD, OTT, media, or entertainment.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams across different departments.
  • Proven track record of delivering consumer-facing digital products.
  • Ability to coordinate and track multiple workstreams, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to remove delivery roadblocks and manage risks.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or other project management tools to track progress and report updates.
  • Strong ability to manage expectations with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills to drive execution without direct authority.
  • High adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving SVOD environment.
  • A proactive mindset to identify risks and propose solutions before issues escalate.
  • Passion for the streaming, entertainment, and digital media industry.
  • Very good knowledge of English.
