The purpose of this role is to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization by delivering accurate, impactful data visualizations, supporting advanced analytics initiatives, and providing custom reports aligned with evolving business needs.

What you should do:

Collaborate closely with data analysts to ensure that data is structured, visualized, and interpreted to enable forward-looking insights and strategic planning.
Promote organizational alignment by establishing a centralized data reporting framework that ensures consistency and accuracy across departments, minimizing discrepancies and supporting shared business objectives.
Design, develop, and maintain automated reports and dashboards that deliver real-time, reliable insights - minimizing manual reporting efforts and ensuring consistent data usage company-wide.
Create intuitive, interactive visualizations (e.g., dashboards, charts, graphs) to highlight key metrics and trends, enabling stakeholders to quickly identify performance drivers and make informed decisions.
Convert complex datasets into meaningful insights, uncovering patterns, trends and opportunities that drive strategic and operational improvements.
Democratize access to data through user-friendly, self-service tools like Power BI, empowering non-technical users to explore data independently and make data-informed decisions.
Customize visualizations and reports to address the specific needs of different business units, ensuring each team can monitor the KPIs and metrics most relevant to their objectives and success.

What we want you to know:

Higher education with a technical or marketing background.
Advanced knowledge of English.
Analytical skills : proficiency in data analysis techniques and the ability to transform complex data into meaningful information for decision making.
Technical skills : proficiency in the use of BI tools and technologies: data warehousing, data modelling, SQL (Structured Query Language) and database management systems; UX/UI for data. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Data Studio or Qlik is a must.
Data management skills : data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) processes, data quality assurance and data governance.
Design and communication & presentation skills : visual hierarchy, layout, spacing; color theory & accessibility (contrast, color-blind safe palettes). BI professionals need to effectively communicate complex data analysis to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.
Problem solving and critical thinking : The ability to think critically, identify patterns and develop innovative solutions is highly valuable; able to spot confusing or misleading charts instantly.
Collaboration skills : gather requirements from stakeholders; iterate based on feedback; translate business needs into visual formats.
