Cashier & Bank Representative

Responsible for supporting the Finance team by managing the cash desk activities and relationships with commercial banks in an efficient and effective manner.

This position is a maternity leave replacement.

What you should do:

  • Makes advance payments (RON, EUR, USD, GBP) and any other approved cash payments to entitled persons;
  • Prepares the company’s daily cash situation;
  • Files documents chronologically and makes them available to other staff; oversees document archiving;
  • Issues AX scanning documents and sends them to the attachment system.


What we want you to know:

  • University degree in a relevant field (Accounting, Finance, Business Administrationn);
  • 3 years experience in an accounting-related position;
  • Good oral and written communication skills;
  • Good knowledge of PC usage including word processing, spreadsheets, and database utilization knowledge;
  • Good problem-solving skills;
  • Good planning and organizational skills;
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills;
  • Excellent analytical approach;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines;
