Responsible for developing, optimizing, and updating artificial intelligence models for generative tasks (text-to-image, image-to-video, audio synthesis, etc.).

What you should do:

• Implements and fine-tunes large-scale models using PyTorch;
• Works with ComfyUI, designing, updating, and optimizing nodes for generative AI workflows;
• Designs and maintains training pipelines, including dataset preprocessing, using FluxGym or LyCORIS;
• Integrates open-source models (e.g., Stable Diffusion, CogVideo, HiDream, Wan, etc.) into internal tools and adapts them for custom use cases;
• Optimizes models for inference speed;
• Collaborates with graphic designers and product teams to translate creative and technical needs into AI solutions;
• Stays up to date with state-of-the-art research and projects and proposes new architectures or improvements.

What we want you to know:

Very important:

• Experience with ComfyUI, AUTOMATIC1111, Forge UI;
• Knowledge of multimodal AI (text+image, text+audio, text+video);
• Familiarity with LoRA training, ControlNet, and model distillation.

Other requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
• Advanced Python knowledge with a focus on AI/ML development;
• Extensive experience working with Python;
• Very strong knowledge of PyTorch (training, fine-tuning, distributed training, mixed precision).
• Deep understanding of deep learning architectures;
• Several years of experience in data preprocessing for large-scale datasets (images, text, video);
• Several years of experience working on deploying models to production (serving, inference, optimization);
• Familiarity with the Hugging Face ecosystem (Transformers, Diffusers);
• Good knowledge of GPU acceleration (CUDA);
• Ability to work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or local GPU servers;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Ability to approach complex AI problems creatively and systematically;
• Takes ownership of complete project components and follows them through with minimal supervision.
