Manages the administrative tasks in relations to the PR department: media updates to all channels grids, reviews and addresses all inquiries received on the PR general email address and coordinates the  promotional items acquisition. Develops and implements the PR plans in relation to the allocated shows and celebrities, as per predefined objectives and priorities.

What you should do:

• Responsible of the general PR requirements from press release drafting, up to developing tailored media communication actions for allocated shows / projects as indicated by Direct Manager;
• Responsible of reviewing and sending all channels TV grids both inside the company (to sales department) and outside the company (other media);
• Coordinates promotional products purchases, as indicated by direct manager or by Head of Corporate Communications Department;
• Deploys in partnership with HR internal communication activations;
• Supports the PR coordinators with various tasks, as per specific requests: photos selections, interviews transcripts / corrections, drafting press releases, attending shootings, etc.
  
• Develops in depth understanding of media environment in relation to both journalists and celebrities;
• Has the confidentiality obligation of all organized PR activities.
