Generates income by working closely with the Digital Sales, Content and Data teams to make strategic decisions about the company’s business to maximize revenue.

What you should do:

  • Analyze Programmatic CPM, impression and revenue delivery trend across all channels, partners, platforms, devices, and ad types.
  • Continuously research Programmatic market shifts to understand the latest trends on Programmatic spending by different verticals and advertisers.
  • Analyze bid CPM to help determine different buyers behavior across direct and indirect channels and their demand for certain inventory segments.
  • Analyze seasonality on different verticals and buyers CPM and spend levels.
  • Provide periodic revenue insights report highlighting trends and on-going recommendations to determine optimal floor pricing and maximizing revenue.
  • Maintain Programmatic revenue model to forecast CPM and revenue delivery for financial budgeting and pacing.
  • Manage and understand complete picture of Programmatic inventory utilization and provide clear explanation of bottlenecks and recommended action steps to improve fill-rate.
  • Devise and implement new revenue strategies to improve monetization.
  • Maintain record of all product changes and programmatic impact on CPM and performance.
  • Negotiate contracts with SSP’s and DSP’s operators and other relevant third party vendors.
  • Establish an effective bridge between Programmatic and Traffic, focusing on operational communication, documentation, and workflow.
  • Collaborate with Traffic on platform updates that might impact Programmatic operations.
  • Work with Traffic to ensure new hire onboarding training and materials are kept comprehensive and current.
  • Measure site, platform, and ad incident details and provide revenue impact analysis when applicable
  • Responsible for creating presentations (when needed) for clients.
  • Responsible for the administration of advertising paid campaigns – implementation, programming and monitoring each campaign.


What we want you to know:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in Digital Traffic
  • Superior studies (Statistics, Marketing)
  • Good knowledge of Ad Server, Ad Words, Facebook (special projects)
  • Analytical spirit
  • Good organizer
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Abilities of oral/written communication in English
  • Ability to work with a media plan
